L.I.F.T. Initiatives

PMT Forklift has been blessed to be your leading provider of all things Forklifts for ove 40 years. One focus we have made all along is our commitment to giving back to the community and supporting local needs.  That is why we recently have implemented our new PMT L.I.F.T. Initiative.  LIFT stands for Lifting Individuals For Tomorrow. 

This intiative allows us to dedicate resources to helping charities and local organizations and teaming up with them to serve people in our communities. 

This comes in many forms such as Monetary Donations, Product Donations and discounts, Volunteering, Sponsorships, and services rendered.

We firmly believe that its just not about steel.  We want to use the platform we have and the resources we've been blessed with to give back.

OUR GOALS

1. To support local chuches, outreaches, ministries and charities in their work to serving the community and or target populations
2. To encourage philanthropy in our company by setting the example
3. To encourage Volunteerism among our employees through setup experiences, volunteer and outreach events, as well as rewarding those who go above and beyond in their own time

WAYS WE ACCOMPLISH THIS

1. Offer time off for volunteering for employees
2. Hold and collect inventory of NON-PERISHABLE NON FOOD items like Clothing (New preferred, school supplies, sanitary items that have no experiation like paper goods and diapers
3. Donation or Electric Pallet Jacks to QUALIFIED ministry or charities that we will ‘adopt’
4. Offer our services at Discount or FREE if possible.
5. Ability to store small shipments in our warehouse
6. Serve as a collection site for charities, toys for tots, etc…
7. Promote Island Harvest Workforce Development
8. Work with Blood drive’s to host at our office
9. Include featured charities in our monthly eblast what we’ve been doing
